Fixed teeth on implants — All-on-X
Fixed teeth even after losing most of your own.
All-on-X is a fixed reconstruction of a whole jaw on several strategically placed implants. At D3NT we plan the surgical and prosthetic parts as one — from 3D diagnostics to the final reconstruction.
We speak English. The booking form is in Czech — email or call us if you prefer.

Our approach
A fixed, lasting replacement that restores the shape and function of teeth.
The aim of All-on-X is a fixed replacement that comes as close as possible to natural teeth — in appearance, bite, chewing and speech.
New teeth on their own are not enough. We always need to identify why the teeth were lost — periodontitis, overloading of the bite, repeated failure of previous treatment, or another cause. That is why every treatment starts with precise diagnostics, and the plan is built so that the same problem does not repeat itself around the implants.
Our position
First we decide what can be saved.
The goal is not to remove all teeth and replace them with implants at any cost. We first assess the prognosis of each tooth and whether it can be kept. We recommend All-on-X when it is a rational long-term solution for the whole dentition.

Explained
What All-on-X means
The whole jaw is carried by several implants with a fixed bridge of teeth attached to them. You do not take it out — it is cleaned in place. “X” stands for the number of implants, chosen according to the anatomy and the treatment plan. More implants do not automatically mean a better result; poorly positioned implants make it worse.
Digital planning
We plan the final teeth first, then the implant positions.
Implants are never planned in isolation from the final prosthetics. First we define how the new teeth should look and work — shape, bite height, smile line, access for cleaning. Only then do we look for implant positions that can carry this result.
The reverse approach — implants first, then “whatever can be built on them” — is a common reason for bridges that are hard to clean or do not withstand the load.
Immediate loading
Will I have teeth on the day of surgery?
Yes — in selected procedures, and above all with All-on-X. We do not want you to be without teeth during treatment or to feel limited socially. So in indicated cases we fit a fixed temporary bridge on the day of surgery, already shaped like the planned result.
The temporary bridge is made of a provisional material and serves for about 3–4 months while the implants heal. It is then replaced with the final bridge made of the definitive material. Even with the temporary bridge, the result is practically indistinguishable from the final one to the people around you.
The condition is sufficient primary stability of the implants and suitable bone quality. If these are not met, we choose a safer approach.
Price
The price of All-on-X and what affects it
The price depends on the number of implants, the extent of extractions, bone and tissue grafting, the temporary and final reconstruction and its material.
The exact price can only be set after a clinical and CBCT examination. You receive the budget as part of the treatment plan, phase by phase. Prices are charged in CZK; EUR amounts are approximate.
Guarantee
Lifetime guarantee on implants
In standard cases we give a lifetime guarantee on the implants themselves — the surgical phase of the reconstruction. We do not like one-off procedures after which we never see the patient again; we want to follow a full-arch reconstruction over the long term and be sure it is stable.
Conditions
- —A check-up twice a year at our clinic
- —Dental hygiene twice a year at our clinic
- —Home care as instructed by the hygienist
The guarantee covers the implant screws. The prosthetic bridge has a separate warranty period depending on the material. We discuss the exact scope and further conditions with you individually before treatment starts.
Comfort during the procedure
All-on-X under sedation or general anaesthesia
A full-arch reconstruction is a larger procedure, and the idea of several hours of surgery can be a real psychological barrier. For suitable patients, All-on-X can also be done under analgosedation or general anaesthesia.

He focuses on implantology, oral surgery and full-mouth reconstruction. In full-arch cases he leads the treatment from diagnostics through surgery to the prosthetic finish, so that every part follows one plan.
He completed postgraduate training in implantology in Germany, at Goethe University Frankfurt (Master of Oral Implantology).
FAQ
All-on-X — patients’ questions
What is All-on-X?+
All-on-X is a fixed reconstruction of a whole jaw carried by several implants. “X” is the number of implants, chosen according to the anatomy and the treatment plan — most often four to six.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?+
The number and distribution of implants, not the quality of the solution. The choice depends on the amount and quality of bone, biomechanics and the extent of the planned bridge. More implants do not automatically mean a better result.
Will I get fixed teeth straight away?+
Sometimes yes — if the implants reach sufficient primary stability and conditions allow, a temporary fixed bridge can be fitted. If conditions are not suitable, we choose a safer approach with later loading.
Does the procedure hurt?+
It is done under anaesthesia, with the aim that you feel no pain during it. After the anaesthesia wears off, swelling and temporary soreness may occur; you receive post-operative instructions and advice on relieving them.
How long does the whole treatment take?+
From surgery to the final reconstruction usually several months — implant healing has its own biological course that cannot be shortened. You get a more precise timeframe in your treatment plan.
Is general anaesthesia necessary?+
In most cases no — the procedure can be done under local anaesthesia. For more extensive procedures, or at the patient’s request, sedation options can be discussed at the consultation.
What if I don’t have enough bone?+
Lack of bone does not rule the solution out. Based on the CBCT we consider bone grafting, a different implant layout or a different type of bridge. For some findings, another type of reconstruction is more suitable.
How long does All-on-X last?+
It depends on hygiene, load, the condition of the tissues and regular check-ups. Implants and the prosthetic bridge have different lifespans — the bridge may be serviced or renewed over the years.
How are fixed teeth cleaned?+
With daily cleaning under the bridge using interdental aids and an irrigator, together with professional hygiene. We teach you the technique and check it at your check-ups.
Can some of my own teeth be kept?+
Yes, if they have a reasonable long-term prognosis. We assess each tooth individually first — we only recommend All-on-X where it is a rational solution for the whole dentition.

The decision starts with diagnostics. We assess your teeth, bone and soft tissues and explain the possible treatment options.
