Our philosophy

Our goal is to keep healthy teeth for as long as possible.

We base decisions on thorough diagnostics, current scientific evidence and the individual needs of each patient. We prefer prevention and minimally invasive approaches.

Every treatment is planned with long-term health, function and a natural look in mind. We explain your condition and options clearly, so you can decide in an informed way and without unnecessary pressure.

  • —We treat the cause, not only its consequence.
  • —We keep your own teeth and healthy tissue wherever it makes sense in the long term.
  • —If there are several options, we explain their benefits, risks and limits.
  • —We don’t intervene more than a good result requires.

Good dentistry is not about the number of procedures, but about the right solution at the right time.

Sedation and general anaesthesia

Fear doesn’t have to stand in the way of treatment.

For suitable patients, larger implant and surgical procedures can also be done under analgosedation or general anaesthesia.

FAQ

Before you book.

Do you treat patients in English?+

Yes. Our team speaks English, so the consultation, explanation of your options and the treatment itself can be in English. The online booking form is in Czech — you can also email info@d3nt.cz or call us.

What happens at the first visit?+

We start by talking about your problems, expectations and previous treatment. Then a clinical examination and, depending on the problem, X-rays or a 3D CBCT scan. We explain what we found, the possible treatment options and the recommended next step.

For more complex cases, implants and reconstructions we don’t set the final plan within minutes. We first evaluate all the data and then prepare a clear treatment plan including the phases and indicative costs.

Will you tell me the price in advance?+

After the examination we explain the recommended approach and prepare an indicative budget. For simpler procedures the price can be set quite precisely in advance; for extensive reconstructions it depends on the actual findings. Before each phase you always know what we plan and what it will cost.

Save the tooth, or an implant?+

We try to keep your own tooth whenever treatment has a reasonable long-term prognosis. An implant is not automatically a better replacement and shouldn’t be recommended just because it is technically possible.

Does implant surgery hurt?+

It is done under local anaesthesia, with the aim that you feel no pain during the procedure; you may feel pressure or vibration. Afterwards there may be sensitivity, swelling or temporary soreness. You get exact post-operative instructions before you leave.

Do you treat extensive, long-neglected cases?+

Yes — they are among the cases we focus on. We split the treatment into phases with a clear goal: first stabilisation, then saving the teeth that have a future, then surgical and prosthetic reconstruction. Nobody is judged for the condition they come in with.

Not sure what your teeth need?

The first step is a precise diagnosis. Based on the examination we explain the options and propose the next steps.
